Wearing the right bra does wonders for your figure, makes you feel more confident and comfortable, and is best for your breast health. Heres how to measure and fit a bra in three easy steps.

Step 1

Using a soft tape-measure, measure around your chest, just under the bust. If your measurement is an odd number, go up or down to the nearest even size — depending on whether you want a tighter or looser fit. This is also your Band Size.

Step 2

Measure around the fullest Part of your Bust.

Step 3

Find your cup size by taking the difference between your chest and bust measurements.

Example

Step 1: 34" under measurement = 36" band
Step 2: 38" over measurement
Step 3: 38" - 36" = 2" or Cup "B"
Your size would be 36B
